Christine Fienga started Forever Young Fitness personal training in 2012 after years of participating in group fitness classes. Christine's love for fitness, fun and years spent as an athlete and personal trainer led to her launching Forever Young Fitness for those who want to get in shape, see results - and have fun.

Whether you're an athlete or a weekend warrior, Christine and Forever Young Fitness can help you with your fitness goals. Using kettle bells, stretching, medicine balls, jump ropes, body bars, bosu balls, flex-stretch bands and more, Forever Young Fitness can help improve your core stability, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness and overall sense of well being - without age being a factor. 

In addition to one-on-one personal training, Christine teaches a variety of fitness classes at Snap Fitness in Medina, Ohio. Class types include spinning, boot camp and running. In addition, Christine offers crossover fitness classes, a hybrid spinning class that includes off-the-bike training.
