Christine teaches Forever Young Fitness's classes at Snap Fitness in Medina, Ohio. We offer a variety of fitness classes for every level and class schedule changes frequently. The group fitness classes are designed to challenge, motivate and inspire a lifestyle that puts fitness and fun first.

 

General Classes Offered

Group Running

Sundays

7am - 8am

Join us at Snap Fitness Sunday mornings for a relaxed group run. We welcome all paces and levels!

Cycling & HIIT

Mondays

5:30am - 6:45 am

Combines cycling cardio with various high intensity interval training exercises off the bike.  

Strength & Cardio 

Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays
5:30am - 6:45 am

Mixes cycling, boot camp and cross fit for a complete, total body workout.

Strength, Cycle & Strength

Saturdays

6:00am - 8:30 am

Includes both cycling and strength. Reach out for more information on each week's specific class!
