Hi, there! This is Christine, the instructor behind Forever Young Fitness. I started my personal training organization with a mission that is two-fold and simple: you’re never too old to be fit, and you’re never too old to have fun.

Before founding Forever Young Fitness, I spent my whole life as an athlete. I received a degree in physical education from Cleveland State University and started teaching elementary school gym. After a few years, I realized it wasn't what I expected and left education. But I didn't leave behind my passion for fitness. While continuing on in my career at the Medina County Health Department, I've always kept fitness in my daily routine. In 2007, after years of being an athlete and participating in group fitness classes, I began Forever Young Fitness.

But what makes Forever Young Fitness so unique is the people I get to work out with every day. Many of the faces you see today in my fitness classes are people who started working out with me 7-11 years ago. Since beginning to teach these fitness classes, I strive to provide build a community that focuses on getting fit, having fun and most importantly, creating an environment where each member feels supported and motivated. Together this group has gotten stronger, more comfortable with each other and are not afraid to fail or try something new like climb a rope. I am blessed to have such a great group of athletes where we all show up to give our best and encourage each other to reach our goals. Over the years the group has gotten closer and we have all developed friendships outside the gym, as well. We've ran 5Ks together, hosted holiday parties and more.

From an instructor's perspective, it's great working out with same group of athletes because I know their strengths and weakness. I know how to challenge them, which keeps each person coming back for more. They never know what to expect because as they change, I change. I try to bring out the best in all of my athletes. I like to incorporate partner and group challenges in our classes, which helps everyone build mental and physical toughness. This leads more confidence and better results!

Whether you're one of my group members that has been there from the start or someone coming for their very first Forever Young Fitness class, we can't wait to work out with you. I am successful because I am surrounded by a great team and great people.
